We are third and fourth generation home builders and developers in some of Arizona’s most prestigious communities such as Superstition Mountain, Desert Mountain, Paradise Valley, Hidden Hills, and Boldero. The Signature Home Group family grew up in the home building business our efforts have housed hundreds of families. This vast experience has given us a unique perspective in building custom and production homes.
The management team has an extensive background in building, construction, and fiscal management. With over 50 years of combined experience our team has constructed numerous homes in the Pacific Northwest and in some of Arizona’s most prestigious communities.

Brad Hardy has continued the tradition of building luxury homes. From carrying a bucket of nails for his grandfather, to building homes in the summer to pay for his education, Brad has learned the importance of hard work and the need for quality detailed craftsmanship during every stage of construction.
He believes that a home is only as good as the craftsmen who build it. Therefore, he insists on working with experienced craftsmen who take pride in their work. This personal attention to detail and his dedication to the creation a limited number of custom homes each year enables Signature Homes to build luxury custom homes for families to enjoy for generations.

Harrison
Brittney Harrison, President of Raulster Homes, provides years of experience in commercial and residential construction with a unique background in design support.
She lives by the philosophy that each home is as unique as the people who live there. A philosophy that she shares with her team as she works diligently to provide the personal touches on each build that have come to be expected of Signature Home Group.
